Those GA tickets really did sell out in one minute.

But don’t despair. As any Campout veteran will tell you, many more tickets will be released or change hands over the coming weeks. It is a natural flow that happens as our inventory settles – these tickets will make their way to folks on the Waitlist.

If you haven’t gotten a ticket yet but still want to come, make sure you’re signed up for the Waitlist.

If you have the means and want to support a little more, we have a small handful of DonorPlus and Donor tickets available right now. Buying one of these tickets directly subsidizes our Reserved ticket tier, lowering the barrier to entry for those in our community who can’t swing a full price GA ticket.

For those who have a ticket in hand already (or will soon), here are the next crucial dates:

Today, April 6
Pre-registered Reserved Tickets order fulfillment begins 3pm EDT.

These will be released automatically by the system, in order of the time each person signed up from March 30-31. Please make sure the credit/debit card you used during Pre-Registration is active and ready for payment, as these charges will be automatic.

April 8
Meal Plans release 3pm EDT.

If you intend to purchase a Meal Plan this year, do not wait. Grab these ASAP when they go on sale, as things are moving faster this year. If you miss the Meal Plan, once again, do not despair. Join the waitlist. These always change hands. In addition, we’ll have increased availability of à la carte food for sale at Campout this year for those doing it without a Meal Plan.

Reminder: Meal Plans are limited due to kitchen capacity constraints at Four Quarters. We do the best we can with our resources, including building out a second kitchen from the ground up, but we are maxed out.

May 1
Wed Arrival Passes, Glamping, & Bus Tickets release 3pm EDT.

If you’re buying a Glamping package, you can add on a Wednesday Arrival Pass during checkout, so take care of your Glamp first. If you’re buying a Wednesday Arrival Pass, make sure you understand how these work and are coordinating with your other camp mates. You must camp where your pass is assigns you to, you will not be able to carry your gear across the bridge.

May 8
Wednesday Dinner releases 3pm EDT.

If you’re arriving early and have your Wednesday Arrival Pass in hand already, pick one of these up to enjoy an easy dinner on the night of your arrival.

Camping Gear Rentals coming soon, TBA.

We’re still working through things with our vendor, Outdoors Geek, but will announce these via Telegram and the website as soon as sales open on their website.
