Confirm that you will arrive within gate hours, otherwise make a backup plan.

If you’re arriving on Wednesday, confirm with everyone in your car that you are all camping on the same side of camp.

‍

Have your ticket QR code downloaded while you have service and take a backup screenshot. Pull these up on your phone before you approach the check-in desk.

‍

Cell & data service is very spotty, don’t rely on it to pull up emails and tickets.

‍

We have strict arrival traffic patterns. Please be kind and follow our staff’s directions.

‍

Bring a smile and LISTEN to the directions of our arrival staff. If everyone does their part, it will be a smooth check-in day.

‍

Artists, Staff and Guest List have their own check-in desk at Main Camp Gate.

‍

Our Main Camp Gate has a separate check-in desk for you and anyone else riding in your car (so that we can keep you all together). If you are camping in New Camp, everyone will use the same check-in tent outside of the new Critters Lounge.

‍

Wednesday Arrival or Thursday Arrival?

• ARRIVING WEDNESDAY:
  If you have a New Camp Arrival Pass, you must camp in New Camp. If you have a Main Camp Arrival Pass, you can camp in either place.
  
  No, you cannot walk your stuff over the bridge NOR can you drop your friends off on one side and go to the other – our safety team will be there to make sure people are crossing the bridge safely.

• ARRIVING THURSDAY OR LATER:
  Use whichever gate you would like (Main Camp or New Camp). If one side of camp becomes too crowded we will begin to direct folks to the other gate, so be flexible and listen to our staff. We will post any capacity closures and updates as they happen in our Telegram channel.

• Please no hissyfits. If you don’t get the area you want, take a moment to explore a little. Take a deep breath and go with the flow.

‍

Bring a *physical* credit/debit card with a chip. Apple & Google Pay don’t work.

We cannot connect a payment method to your wristband via Apple/Google Pay or with a card that doesn’t have a chip. You need to bring the actual card.

‍

Want to use cash at Campout?

We can add cash to your wristband during CHECK-IN and at QUEERIES (all weekend). Unfortunately aren’t able to offer refunds on unspent cash, so pay as you go at Queeries throughout the weekend.  

‍

Glamping? Let our staff know at check-in and they will point you in the right direction.

‍

Shipped something to Campout? It will be waiting for you at the Mail Room after you clear check-in.

It's located at the top of the hill next to parking, on your way into Main Camp, unless you specifically shipped it to New Camp. New Camp packages will be at the New Camp gate.

‍

Wednesday Arrival Passes include parking. Thursday arrivals will pay $35 for parking during check-in. Everyone pays $10 for re-entry.

‍

Camp anywhere except the Great Meadow (New Camp).

You *can* camp around the perimeter of the Great Meadow, and Four Quarters has done a lot of work this year to level out and open up new spaces on the sides and ends.

Please steer clear of camping next to Sober Spaces, Accessibility Sites, as well as any marked Staff areas. The rest of the land is fair game.

Consider camping somewhere new.

There is a lot more space to be had at Four Quarters. If you’re looking for a little more room, check out the 3D map in advance. Many are in New Camp, but there are a few hiding away in Main Camp as well (The Woods of Mystery, for instance).

Drop your gear at the location you want to camp, and return your car to parking BEFORE setting up.

Make your way to your preferred camp site, unload all of your camping gear, and immediately return your car to the parking lot. Walk back to your site and then begin setting up your camp. This is strictly enforced. Please follow this rule.

Do not save spaces for friends. The Safety team will be making rounds and pulling tarps.
